#MicroblogMondays--wave of light

Wednesday is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day.  Not that many of us need a day to force us to remember the loss of our baby or babies, because that loss is always with us, always lurking around the corners of our minds.

This Wednesday, I will light a candle for our Malachi Erik, for my nephew Myles Austin, for my friend who has now lost four pregnancies, and for every other family out there who has experienced the pain, suffering, grief, anger and absolute heartbreak that loss brings.

We love you, Malachi Erik. You did change our lives--despite the pain--and I will never forget seeing or hearing your heartbeat.

So heartbreaking. I'll be lighting our candle as well, and will be thinking of you and yours as we remember our own.

Sending love.

I will be lighting a candle too, and thinking of everyone out there, also lighting their candles. Sending a hug.

I know so many women who will be lighting candles. We'll be embraced in a ring of light around the globe, as we remember our losses, and connect to all those women who know how we feel.
